Michael is a person-centred Organisational Learning Facilitator and Coach who uses a range of cognitive, behavioural and solution-focused techniques to create a thinking environment that challenges self-limiting assumptions and maximizes inner resourcefulness.
Michael establishes coaching relationships in which clients feel understood, valued and accepted for who they are. He concentrates on achieving transformational change by working to connect people with their strengths and potential for further growth. He also facilitates the development of human behaviours and relationships that enhance performance, create the conditions for personal and organisational learning, and deliver results.

With over 20 years’ experience as a senior manager and change facilitator working in the NHS and in independent development agencies, Michael specializes in enhancing the performance of emerging leaders in senior/middle management roles in the NHS, Higher Education, Social Care and the Voluntary Sector.
